The hotel location is great. It allowed easy access to many attractions. Customer service was great (I felt valued as a guest). The updated rooms had a modern feel and were very clean. I easily used my own streaming services on the large TV by casting from my phone.
The motion detector lights at the base of each bed are a nice touch. they are very sensitive. A little roll toward the edge sets them off and the bright lights turn on at night.

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. Concierge services were helpful in planning daily activities. I found the check-in process efficient and professional.

I dined at the Big Bar one evening and food and drinks were very good. The hotel has multiple on-site dining options. There is also a Starbucks as well as a market for quick bites.

My room was very clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. The rooms had gorgeous views of the cityscape (it was amazing).
